Description sqaview 2009-11-12 16:19:15 UTC
It's frequently desirable to run a simple text search within the "View Results Tree, Response data" output. Currently, to find a given string in the response output, it's necessary to copy and paste the response text from the Response data tab to an external text editor, such as Notepad or Kate, and then do the searching there. Having a simple built-in search facility within JMeter would greatly increase the convenience of locating specific text strings within the response data.
