On Windows 9x and Windows ME machine's Apache 2.0.44 won't start.
You will get a message like this:
apache.exe has generated an error in association with libhttpd.dll

Unfurtonally I don't know the Englisch translation for my error-message in 
Dutch exactly, but I hope you can understand the error-message :-)
In Dutch the error-message will like this:
apache.exe heeft een ongeldige bewerking uitgevoerd met betrekking tot 
libhttpd.dll

On Windows 2000/XP Apache 2.0.44 works fine.
