Using the FORM editor in the default application produces the message: RELAX 
NG Validation failed: 
C:\tmp\Lenya\build\lenya\webapp\lenya\pubs\default\work\editor\authoring\tutori
al\index_en.xml.validate:2:293: error: required attributes missing

I could not reproduce this problem. After precisely which steps did/does the 
problem occur?

The steps I took are as follows:
- Download and install the windows version
- Change the working dir (same as install dir) in the properties of the "Start 
Lenya" shortcut
- Start the authoring area for the default pub as user "Lenya"
- Select the "Tutorial" page
- Choose the "Forms" editor
- Each of the "Edit" buttons (dc-"Title", dc-"Description" and xhtml-"Title") 
produces a RELAX NG validation message.

I can confirm this problem. It somehow has to be resolved for milestone 1.2.
