The tag <setrecipient> should be removed because it is confusing and doesn't
bring a really added value. Indeed <setrecipient> resets the recipients
previously set before setting the new one. But why would one need to use
<setrecipient> to add a first address and then <setrecipient> again to remove
this first address and set a new one? This could be done with logic control and
the <addrecipient> tag.

Resolving. Taglib has been retired.
