When configuring with the --enable-ldap option, compile of ldap_util.c fails
unless --with-ldap is also added since apr-util needs the --with-ldap option to
add ldap support which is required for mod_ldap. Therefore, the use of
--enable-ldap should implicitly send --with-ldap to apr-util's configure script.
