With shape-rendering="crispEdges", the rightmost and bottommost pixels are
sometimes missing. A thin horizontal or vertical line can disappear completely.

This affects only the rightmost and bottommost pixels of the whole image.
After I added the single line to the testcase, the right edge of the grid
seems to be intact.
