invalid command '<Directory>',perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not 
included in the server configuration

Please take your question to a user-support forum such as the
users@httpd.apache.org mailing list. The bug database is only for bug reports.

(Hint: since <Directory> is defined in the core and is hence always available,
this message indicates to me that your config file probably has some garbage
characters (non-ascii) in it.)
