The description of the http://xml.org/sax/features/namespaces property on
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-j/properties.html is incorrect. In particular, it
refers to the namespace-sep core property that was deleted over a year ago in
the beta cycle for SAX2 and was never part of the released version of SAX2.
Furthermore, no name is concatenated with a URL at any point, whatever the value
of this property.
