Corrupted Excel file produced

I upgraded to 3.8 beta release 4 to avoid the setRowBreak bug; but I found new bugs. 3.8 produces corrupt files on code that works fine in 3.7. See the attached. There are two columns both labeled "B". That is not possible in Excel through user interaction.

Can you post sample code that demonstrates the problem?
At first glance I don't see anything wrong on the POI side.

This was not a problem on the POI side, this can be closed.
