all resources (xslt,  i18n, samples, resources folders, sitemap.xmap, menu.xmap files) have to be move to src/main/resources/webresources/lenya/modules/{moduleName}/

Patches have to be moved to : 
src/main/resources/META-INF/patches/conf for cocoon.xconf patches
src/main/resources/META-INF/patches/web for web.xml patches
