Description Antonio Malcolm 2016-12-10 20:13:58 UTC
For example, when following the instructions to build and install, using build.sh, to /usr/local, aside from installing into /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib, there are a bunch of docs and XML files installed into the /usr/local parent directory, which aren't necessary.

These, if they need to be there, at all, should probably NOT be in /usr/local- perhaps in a subdirectory of /usr/local/share (/manual should CERTAINLY be under /usr/local/share):

All these files should be in /usr/local/share/ant, cf FHS or freedesktop.org recommendations... in 1.11?
