HTTP(s) Test Script Recorder is strictly related to HTTP protocol currently.

We need to create a new Recorder less tightly coupled with HTTP as recording could be available for many different protocols:
- HTTP/2
- Websocket
- HTTP 1.x
- TCP

This bug is partly related to Bug 59847.
