The regular nanoserver docker image CANNOT load tcnative-1.dll [64 bit], even if the JVM is 64 bit.
Probalby tcnative-1.dll makes use of DLLs not included in nanoserver windows image.

To the best of my knowledge, we don't support Tomcat on this environment. Could you research first the use on this platform on the user mailing list before filing any BZ ?
