First of all, you realize, that JMeter is an open source project run by volunteers? asap might be a long way longer, than what you like it to be. If you need commercial support with guaranteed time limits, pay someone to provide those guarantees.

I don't think, that With the information you provided, we can help you. Have a look at the jmeter.log file. If there are error messages, provide them. Have a look at the JVM. How much heap has been used inside the JVM? What is the state of the CPU? Which OS? What version of Java?

Remember, that we can't see, what your computer is doing unless you show it to us.

All in all, I think this is better suited to be discussed on the users mailing list until it is clear, that it is a JMeter bug.
