When httpd.conf contains AddModule for Apache 2.x, the server will not start 
and reports invalid command 'AddModule'.  Apparently AddModule is no longer 
valid in 2.0 but remains in the 2.0 docs.  Perhaps it should be removed.

Where is this?  There's no AddModule directive listed at either http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/directives.html or http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_so.html...

It was removed from the docs after 2.0 was released.
