1) Install Hula Build 8a
2) Start the appserver
3) Right click on the "Service Assemblies" node and click on "Deploy New Service
Assembly" 
4) Navigate and select a Service Assembly zip ( I used a SA that uses Bpel,
FileBC and FTPBC)
5) The SA is now added to the Service Assemblies node
6) Right-click on the SA and click on Advanced-> Force Uninstall
7) The SA is not undeployed

Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86

Fixed in hula build 070412_*. (Currently the build is not available yet.)
