Frontpage of a11y.netbeans.org project is broken. Tested on Fifefox and Konqueror.

I changed the language switcher completely for all translated pages at
a11y.netbeans.org web.

Every text link on netbeans.org is underlined, it's ok. "Choose our language"
looks like text link, it should be underlined too.

In Konqueror there is a strange aligment under the language select control.

I have fixed the underline of "Choose our language". I am not going to fix issue that appears only in Konqueror (Safari,
Firefox and Opera displays it correctly).
