Steps to reproduce:
1.Create new BlueJ project
2.Create main class "abc"
3.Set the "abc" as project's main class
4.Rename "abc" to "xyz"
5.Go to project properties and push Browse button to browse main class
6.Browse Main Classes dialog appears and contains multiple number of lines (one
is added by each class rename) - see attached screenshot
