'display duplicate operation dialog' options is not saved when user changers it's state and clicks 'ok' in options dialog.
As a result it doesn't work

steps:
- create class diagram
- put class and name it
- add operation named 'test'
- open options and deselect 'display duplicate operation dialog' option in 'java platform' tab.
- add another operation with same name 'test'
duplicate operation dialog is displayed and options is selected again.

was not reacting to "dont show" option in PreferenceControlledInputDialog.
