UML missing mnemonic for select UML option dialog

Steps:
1) Tools -> Options 
2) Press Alt Key

Expect underscore beneath U in UML label.

Top level should be without Mnemonics according to the NB usability discussion.  Hence I will close this bug.

I do see that all others, except "Java Code" and "UML" have, mnemonics.
