Chose Web browser: External browser(Unix) in the Tools>Options>System settings Then two help menu items: >NB Open Source Site >Submit Feedback works correctly only for the first time you've clicked on them. After that, if you click on the originaly clicked item it makes nothing if you click on the non-clicked befor item it generates: Warning: Cannot start Netscape and create new window If you restart IDE it works correctly but only for the first time again until next restart of the IDE.
