Thrown in a tested IDE after creating a project template in a new module project and running that module.

Even more serious, in the tested IDE no windows appear; IDE display is completely corrupted. After a restart of the
tested IDE it is OK and you can use the project template.

In this case I had added the template to the Samples category.
