Create new JFrame or work on existing .form.

DnD inspector-window from the IDE to a place outside the main IDE window (which I prefer when working with 2 monitors)

Right click on a container and click 'Add From Palette'

Select any Swing Control.

The control is neither added to the tree in the inspector nor to the code.

Seems to be a problem of ScrollPopupMenu. The popup menu is closed when mouse is pressed => mouse release doesn't
invoke addition of the component. There is an easy workaround - keyboard navigation works correctly. So, it is
sufficient to move the mouse pointer over the required component (in the menu) and press Enter.
