The first step for integration of modules to NetBeans is to add the possibility
to create a new project. Design, Userview, Requirements can be accessed from 
http://projects.netbeans.org/ps/DesOrg.html#TJ
section "Too tight to Java". 

I think that the node should have the NewTemplateAction on itself which would
behave in similar way as Add New on a current project node.
