The selection line should not get thicker and thicker as the zoom level gets bigger. See attached screenshot for the
selection line inside a zoomed-in class element.

Repro steps:
- create a class diagram
- create a couple of class elements on the diagram
- select the Marquee Zoom button
- zoom on a class until it goes to 800% on the combobox
- then keep zooming in on the same class element

Removing obsolete assignments.  Bugs will be reassigned for M2.
