If you use userdir from Boston (-userdir switch) and you had 
<userdir>/Development directory mounted in Boston then this directory will be 
mounted twice in Pilsen.

It was caused by wrong way of upgrading. By using upgrade wizard 
filesystems is mounted correctly.
