Create a .jsp file.
Compile it and execute it.
Set the compiler property to '(do not compile)'.
Now you will not be able to compile the .jsp file.
Exit Forte for Java and restart it.
Now the compiler property for the .jsp file is not there.

The issue is duplicate of another bug.
