I am running the Tomcat build-in webserver with in ForteCE(EA)3.0. 
Accidentally, forgetting that Tomcat is running already in the IDE, I switched 
to Editing tab, and clicked  "start debug" button, then this error happened. 
Later on eventhough I shutdown the IDE and restarted the system, I could not 
start the Debug session. Thanks for helping in resolving this issue.
