When I want open CSS Builder Editor, I must click Windows -> Other -> CSS BE. But this window is frequently used when I
edit .css files. I would appreciate possibility to invoke this window from context menu in editor panel of css files.

I agree this make sense. OTOH the SB a CSS preview window should open and close automatically when switching between css
and non-css files.
