[ BUILD # : 200807280848 ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.5.* ]

I am unable to create a new project with this build.  Upon choosing
File->New Project, I receive a java.lang.AssertionError.  I then
choose any project type (tested with Grails and Java Applications)
and click next...receive a java.lang.IllegalStateException. at which
point I am unable to proceed.  Please see screenshot...

there used to be some ISE in previous build however we cannot do anything with such report. You screenshot doesn't help.
We need the exception stacktrace to proceed. I'd doubt that this issue is duplicate of existing issue but we need
stacktrace. Please use the Report exception button next time when it appears or follow the
