...while regular help search finds many items.
We really need quick search to find something about Compile on Save.

Again, not reproducible for me. After writing "Compile on save" to qsearch, many help results appeared. I think that
148850 is root cause - when "searching" is displayed too long, it means that help provider "fails" somehow and never
return any results anymore - please confirm or deny my thoughts, thanks. If i'm right, that this is the "same" issue as
148850
