Suggestion:
Add support for running pre and post build steps, per configuration.

If such a tools fails the whole build should fail.

For external tools building parts of the projects pre and post build step with custom build tool would be great. I did
see the support for custom build tool being run on individual files, and thats great, but not project wide and
not-connected to specific file ones.
