1. Create a PHP project and a PHP file
2. Type "<" somewhere in the HTML section of the file
3. Press Ctrl+Space

I would expect that "<?php" will be offered in the completion, and that it will also add the ending PHP delimiter.

Similarly after typing "<?". Thanks.
