[dev33 build # 200110030100; jdk1.3.1]
I started ide in with clean userdir in SDI mode. Created NewProject. Then I 
switched to the Default project and then back to the NewProject. The project 
tab disappeared from the explorer.

This should be related to the fix of the issue #15753.

Fixed in main trunk.
NbMainExplorer$ProjectsTab is a true singleton now.
