It looks these properties files are not common, spaces before the copyright
and some properties entries. Syntax is valid but please use common format
so that translation team can handle them easily.

javafx.debug/src/org/netbeans/modules/debugger/javafx/ui/actions/Bundle.properties

has also unnecessary spaces before lines.

module javafx.debug does not contain package org.netbeans.modules.debugger any more. There is javafx.debug2 module instead.
