1. Create new Web project
2. Glassfish and Visual Web Icefaces Framework.
3. Add a button to Page1
3. Create a new folder directly under web pages, call it Admin
4. Create a new page in this folder, call it Page2.
5. Add a new ICEfaces page fragment Box, call it Header
6. Button action in Page1 points to Admin/Page2.jsp

Logging shows: static include failed to include /Header.jspf
