After typing the opening bracket after typing the constructor name of a 
project class i expected the code insight popup list to pop up. But it didn't, 
so i let update the parser database confirming overwriting the pd_prefix.??? 
file. After that, the code insight popup list still didn't pop up, instead, 
after continueing whith typing an exception was thrown, as listed in the 
attached ide.log. Additionally i attached a snapshot picture of the situation 
for better understanding (hopefully :)

this bug has been already fixed in [maintrunk].
Adding Keyword "3.2.1_CANDIDATE" for sustaining purposes and resolving 
the bug as duplicate of bug #7158
