CASA allows cloning of SU wsdl ports for local editing. However if a port is defined by wsdl references external to the
SU project, then the cloning request should be rejected.

For background, see issue #164893.

As a user workaround, add the WSDL/XSD of the external WSDL as file to the BPEL module (not referring as external WSDL)
and then cloning the WSDL port in CASA.
