Include option - autocomplete previous dir.
Add in options ".." and on select it show parent directories list.

Could you be more specific, please? Is this about writing a code like <? include '<some_path>'; ?> and you expect code
completion instead of '<some_path>'? 

ICOMPLETE for now, will be re-evaluated once we have more specific information.
