Dealine expression property editor doesn't have time zone field.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create Synchronous Sample and open Synchronous.bpel
2. add wait activity
3. from the property editor change "Alarm Type" onto "Until"
4. invoke property editor for the "Until" property 
See the editor doesn't have "Time Zone" field (see screenshot)
But this field exists while editing "Deadline expression" in bpel mapper
