matusdekanek: opening a maven project

av: 1. Created new web application(w/o using any frameworks)
3. Did minor html edits in the index.jsp
3. Attempted to scroll index.jsp in the editor window. 
- Scroll did not happen, IDE was not responding for a few seconds.


Fresh installation, Sep 08 dev build, 'Java' bundle w/o FoD


Maximum slowness yet reported was 5548 ms, average is 4509
