NetBeans team needs to customize Bugzilla to better feed its SW development process. Things like sending emails, handling attachements,... needs to be setup by kenai admins.
This issues is not for things like adding TM, Versions, keywords, modules,...

There was a feature in IssueZill that typing word 'issue' + issue number was shown as a link to the issue in the comments.

For example: issue 177057

This will be resolved when the fix for bug 176231 will be deployed to netbeans.org.

http://kenai.com/jira/browse/KENAI-1593 has been fixed on staging.  It will be deployed to production as part of 20091211 sprint in early 12/14 week.
