Compare to the same module category used by the XML modules. Clarifies
to the user that the module is not needed unless you are importing old
settings.

Fixed in dev build Nov 19.

The fix will appear in build Nov 20, due to the inability to commit
the fix on Friday.

Right. Verified in development build of NetBeans 3.3 #200111200100.
