When hovering over a variable during debugging, it's difficult to get to the
variables view because
a) it's hard to get to the expand icon because moving the mouse may make the
popup disappear
b) once the expand icon is clicked, the variable view may open away from the
mouse cursor, in which case it will disappear immediately the mouse is moved

I am marking as duplicate of 181533. If there is still problem with this please reopen but please give it a try in 6.10 dev version first. Thanks.
