1. Currently OS home dir is offered by default after IDE start / on fresh
userdir.
-> better offer current/main project home dir by default after IDE start / on
fresh userdir.

2. Currently last used dir is offered after first use.
-> additionally offer current/main project home dir in left column of file
chooser.

3. This convenience additionally should be provided for other actions using
file chooser.
