"Debug URL - Ask every time" is enabled.

We often debug single files with arguments and it would be nice if the "specify url" window which pop up on "debug file" could remember the last opened/called file including the arguments.

We always have to to choose the correct url in the combobox.

The debug project should behave normal, project url + index + arguments as entered in the project configuration.
