waynecater: I opened Netbeans; opened my project; opened the View form. I then clicked to view the forms source code. That's it.

The attached snapshots show slowness during opening of form during start of NetBeans. I am afraid that we cannot do much in this case. GUI Builder depends on many modules and it takes some time to just load and initialize classes of these modules.
