it happens from time to time that a user creates a new repository with an url which although is a valid bugzilla url it also contains additional parameters/cgi commands ... - e.g. https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi. 
Unfortunately, the validation against such url returns ok and problems appear later, when executing queries etc.

what we could do at this point is to check the given url for some known patterns to eventually prevent such scenarios
