For C/C++ projects there is a "Re-Run" button available in the left toolbar of the output window.

For Java projects additional button is available in the same place, called "Re-Run with Different Parameters".

The proposal is to add "Re-Run with Different Parameters" with history support to C/C++ projects.

The alike buttons with history could be added to support Run-Debug and Attach-Debug initiation from the output window.
