I checked different latest builds from bertram, but problem exists. I expected this problem is fixed in http://hg.netbeans.org/main?cmd=changeset;node=d17846761e9a

Scenario:
- Open some projects in IDE (projects under mercurial)
- Call Project Properties window
- Press OK button
==> Makefile-impl.mk and Makefile-variables.mk files are marked as "Locally Removed". Really files are existing.
